Divine Connections – General Terms & Conditions + Ticket Sale 

At Divine Connections, every gathering is a sacred contract between souls. These terms are offered not as restrictions, but as guiding principles to honour the space we co-create.

Welcome, Seeker of the Sacred! Please read these terms carefully, as they guide our shared experience.

1. The Sacred Agreement

           a. By acquiring a ticket, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. This covenant ensures harmony and clarity between us.

2. Ticketing & Entry - By purchasing a ticket to a Divine Connections gathering, you embark on a journey beyond the ordinary

    1. Access Pass: Your ticket is your key to the realm of Divine Connections. It is non-refundable but transferable—should you be unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to another worthy soul. Kindly notify the Oracle (a.k.a. the Divine Connections team) at least 48 hours in advance so we may update the guest scroll accordingly.
    2. Delivery: Upon purchase, you will receive an email containing your ticket with a unique QR code and barcode. This will be scanned at the entrance for seamless entry. An invoice will accompany your ticket or be sent in a separate email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
    3. Alterations: We reserve the right to make changes to event details (e.g., date, venue). Should such changes occur and you cannot attend, contact us directly;  we’ll consult the fates and discuss your options.

3. Event Changes

    1. Modifications: Events are subject to changes, including location, date, and venue.
    2. Notifications: We will inform you of any changes via our website, social media channels, and email (if provided).

4. Liability & Responsibility

    1. Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. While we do our best to cultivate a safe and welcoming environment, Divine Connections  is not liable for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items throughout the event.  — even if they’re as precious as Pandora’s box.
    2. Health & Safety: Participation in our events is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. Divine Connections is not responsible for any personal injuries, health issues, or unforeseen misadventures that may arise during the gathering. Please know your limits and respect your fellow mortals.
    3. Liability Disclaimer: 
      1. Event Participation: You attend our gatherings at your own risk. Divine Connections is not liable for any injuries, losses, emotional entanglements, or toga malfunctions that may occur during the event. Each guest is solely responsible for their own well-being, personal choices, and sacred possessions throughout the journey.
      2. Website Use: By accessing or interacting with our website, you agree that Divine Connections is not liable for any digital disruptions, third-party links, or unintended consequences that may result. We aim to maintain a safe and enchanting online space, but each visitor is responsible for their own digital path.

5. Intellectual Property

    1. All Creative Content: —whether spoken, written, visual or energetic—are part of the sacred fabric woven by Divine Connections.
      1. This includes all content shared during the event, as well as materials on this website & social media platforms such as text, visuals, logos, and designs.
      2. These materials are owned or licensed by Divine Connections and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission.
      3. We share from the heart, and we ask that you honour the integrity of our creations.

6. Media & Photography

    1. Capturing the Moment: Events may be recorded or photographed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes.

7. Code of Conduct

    1. Divine Connections events are designed to be welcoming, respectful, and inclusive sanctuaries.
    2. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, harassing, or disruptive may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
    3. We hold space for love, not conflict. Let your energy elevate, not disturb, the collective experience.

8. Amendments to Terms

    1. Evolving Journey: We may update these Terms & Conditions as our journey unfolds. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.
